What is your shop's policy?
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Cancellations are OK if the order has not been dispatched yet.

Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping for charms, pins & washi tape is only available for Canada, the USA, Non-EU countries, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping for prints, stickers, and sticker sheets is available to purchase for everyone.

If you would still like to place an order to any of the countries that are not listed above, please contact me.

 

Do orders have tracking?
Not currently, but if you are interested in your orders having tracking, please contact me.

 

How long do items take to ship?
North America: 1-2 weeks after dispatch date
International: 2-4 weeks after dispatch date
**Please note that these are just estimates, and may take up to 6 weeks.

 

Why did I  have to pay customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for customs and import fees that may apply.

How often do you send out orders?
Processing times are 1-7 business days, with orders being sent out Thursday nights.

Where is my order?
Orders take 1-4 weeks to arrive, but may take up to 6 weeks after the dispatch date due to delays with the post office.

Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the package after it has been dispatched, but if your items have not arrived after 6 weeks, please let me know, and I will issue you a refund for the item only.
